Hello,

Please find attached a copy of the new Police newsletter 'Safer St Nicholas'. This is being sent out to all residents, businesses, schools and interested parties, from the St Nicholas and Martin's Wood area. As a Neighbourhood Police team we are constantly looking at ways to communicate with those who live and work in our ward and this newsletter will hopefully be one of the many ways that we can do that. We are also hoping that this communication will be reciprocal and that you will give us any information you may have or share any concerns, quickly and effectively. We are looking to produce this newsletter once a month, including information such as police events, council meetings, local events, as well as informing you of what the police have been doing in your area and anything we feel you should be aware of.

The newsletter is being sent to all persons who are signed up to OWL messaging, Community messaging, Neighbourhood Watch or Dog Watch, that is where I have obtained your contact details. Please be assured that these details will remain private and that they will not be passed on, as you would expect. The service is free, which is why we are restricting it to email accounts, saving money on paper etc.

The first copy of the newsletter is being sent as a word document, however, future newsletters will be simply in an email format with no attachments. Anyone can be added to my mailing list as long as they have an email address, so please contact me if you know of anyone else who would like to receive these updates.
