Crime Bulletin
You can help Hertfordshire Constabulary Eastern Area tackle crime by publishing the following incidents, which have occurred since the last media bulletin on Monday 18th August 2008. 1. DAMAGE. About 2030 on 13th August the garden wall of a house in Gonville Crescent, Stevenage by a white male, 16 years wearing a blue hooded top and anorak. At the time he was riding a bike. 2. THEFT. At 1700 on 19th August an Apollo mountain bike belonging to a 12 year old boy was stolen from Gunnels Wood Road, Stevenage. E1/08/6377. 3. BURGLARY. At 1210 on 19th August the below described called at the home of an 85 year lady in Longcroft Road, Stevenage and whilst distracting her by asking for a pen and paper to leave a message for a neighbour stole her handbag. Offenders – white male, 20-30 years, short brown hair wearing a light brown jacket and a white female, 20-40 years, slim build, wearing a white jacket. E1/08/6369. 4. THEFT. At 1438 on 18th August a white male, 18-25 years, slim build, wearing a black hooded top, grey jogging bottoms and black trainers stole a James Bond collection of DVS’s from a shop in The Forum, Stevenage. E1/08/6362 5. BURGLARY. On 18th august a house in Shearwater Close, Stevenage was broken into and a lap top and MP3 player stolen. Other items stolen were found discarded nearby. E1/08/6340 6. BURGLARY. On 16th or17th August someone tried to jemmy open the front door of a house in Wetherby Close, Stevenage. E1/08/6344 7. BURGLARY. On 16th or 17th August a window of a house in Exeter Close, Stevenage was jemmied open and the offender stole a small amount of change. E1/08/6351.
