Theft from Motor vehicles
3 vehicles were broken into during the early hours of the 21st January in Jessop road and
Durham road.
Offenders have gained access by smashing the passenger window and then searching the vehicles for property.
One vehicle had a Sat Nav stolen.
Please can we advise you to take all valuables out of unattended vehicles.
Cars Damaged
In the early hours of 22nd January 2 cars had their windows smashed in Roundmead and Lapwing Rise.
Dog Watch Walk
A huge Thank you to all you Dog Watch Members who braved the weather to join Sarah on the Dog watch walk.
Sarah has informed me that good fun was had by all.
More Dog Watch Walks are planned for this year as well as The Dog Watch Carnival.
I will send out the dates of these events as soon as they have been confirmed.
Burglary in Oaks cross
A house was burgled in the early hours of 22nd January.
Offenders searched the property and stole car keys.
The owners car was stolen from outside the property.
A male has been arrested in connection to this offence and enquires and still ongoing.
Car Broken into in Fresson road
A car was broken into between 10pm on the 20th of January and 9am on the 21st january in
Fresson Road.
The offender smashed the window and conducted a messy search.
Nothing was stolen.
