This is a message for Neighbourhood Watch in Stevenage.
A distraction burglary took place in
Scarborough Avenue at 1400 hours on Monday 7th July. Two white males, both aged about 20 years old called at a flat saying that they were there to check the water. One of them went to the kitchen and turned on the taps and the other went into the bedroom. A neighbour called and the offenders made off.

Bedwell Crescent at between 1500 hours and 1515 hours on Thursday 3rd of July was stopped by two males in a car. One of the the males got out of the passenger door and asking for directions, tried to grab her. She got away his grip and they drove off.
The car was a black Peugeot 106 with five doors. It had a large horizontal scratch on the passenger door and in the rear window there was a cartoon picture of a male wearing a Liverpool shirt. A baby carrier was in the rear seat.
One of the men is described as a white male, aged about 20, slim with short ginger hair. He was wearing a black DKNY jumper and light blue jeans with a hole in the left knee and a Liverpool ring on the middle finger of the left hand. The driver was an Asian male, of large muscular build, a black turban and a white knee length tunic and white trousers. He had a large circular mole on the side of his nose.

This is a message for Neighbourhood Watch in Chells Manor.
A burglary took place in Hudson Road between 0400 hours and 0410 hours in the early hours of Tuesday 8th July.
The offender reached through a small top window of which was open, and unlocked the larger side window. The offender was then disturbed and made off. The offender was a tall person wearing a baseball cap.

Please can you be vigilant when using ATM machines and be wary of any devices attached to the machines including pinhole cameras. Any devices and/or suspicious activity should be reported to the police.
